Nexify developed the Intelligence Transcription System to automate and improve meeting documentation by leveraging AI and large language models (LLMs). The system records meetings verbatim by converting speech to text from live or recorded audio, featuring speaker diarization and identification to accurately attribute speech. It supports instant streaming transcription, multilingual processing including Cantonese-Mandarin and Chinese-English translation, and allows operators to edit transcripts instantly to ensure accuracy.
Beyond transcription, AI generates concise meeting summaries and detailed minutes to highlight key points and assist secretaries in monitoring meeting rules. The platform also offers customizable export layouts, secure content management with access control, and an AI-powered semantic search engine that delivers precise, context-aware search results.
