Using Electronic Submission Hub (ESH) to Enhance Construction Industrial Communication and Cooperation

For every construction project, hundreds of construction plans, structural drawings, reports, certificates, and application documents are required to submit for approval. Massive paperwork leads to resource consumption and lengthens the approval processes, affecting the start of construction projects. This is when digital transformation comes to the rescue as it simplifies the complicated data submission and processing procedures.

We have designed an easy-to-use digital platform for the construction industry’s centralized submission of electronic documents for the public sector. This simplifies the approval process as users can upload documents anytime, anywhere, and track approval progress electronically. The platform is also aligned with the BIM for building plans to be presented in multimedia for different professionals to review and verify all aspects of the designs which will enhance communication & collaboration among industry to precisely predict the construction risks and optimize the project together, thus will vastly improve productivity and promote Smart City Development.
