Launch of IM Application for the Government Sectors

Recently, Nexify has collaborated with two public sector departments to introduce an internal instant messaging application that provides users with a more secure and convenient platform for communication.

Apart from easily sending messages, photos, 30-second videos, and files to colleagues, users can set “access levels” and viewing time limits for specific groups, as well as receive screenshot notifications, further encrypting information and ensuring confidentiality. Additionally, by centrally managing employee information within the department, employees no longer need to rely on personal contact numbers for communication. This effectively separates work-related communication from personal contacts, ensuring the protection of personal privacy.
