Last week, we participated the \u201cActive Ageing Walking Day,\u201d where we accompanied the elderly on a walk through Long Valley Nature Park and Ho Sheung Heung. Allowing them to appreciate the culturally valuable scenery in the community while using smartwatches to capture sports data during the walk, turning daily exercise into tangible health records.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We look forward to helping more elderly to find their own healthy rhythm, building a healthy lifestyle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
