We are delighted to be part of the “AI+ Civil Services Smartlab Technology Forum” co-organized by the Digital Policy Office, Cyberport, Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC), and Hong Kong Science Park. It was a pleasure to attend this grand event and had the opportunity to introduce our in-house developed Smart Meeting Agent – NEXREAD to attendees from various government departments and public organizations, demonstrating how AI technology can streamline meeting processes, help teams quickly focus on key issues, and enhance post-meeting action allocation for greater efficiency.
NEXREAD has three core functions to boost corporate governance efficiency.
- Smart Meeting Minutes which can automatically identify speakers, replacing tedious manual note-taking and improving efficiency while reducing errors.
- Key Decision Extraction, which AI generates real-time summaries, quickly condensing meeting highlights to enhance the transparency of the meeting content and accelerate decision-making.
- Enhanced Knowledge Management which creates a single platform with keyword search functionality, making it easy to track historical data.
